Scopi is a sophisticated camera application specializing in stereoscopic (3D) photography. The App allows you to capture, process, and view stereoscopic images directly on your device using advanced computational photography techniques.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scopi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adrix Corporation.

What You Agree to Do

• Use the App lawfully - Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Respect others' privacy - Obtain consent before photographing people or private property
• Respect intellectual property - Do not use the App to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Secure your device - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any photos you create

What You Agree NOT to Do

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Scopi, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Adrix Corporation. This includes the App's source code, design, functionality, the Scopi name, logo, branding, and all documentation and materials.

Scopi offers premium features through in-app purchases, including Scopi PRO Subscription for access to advanced features and unlimited captures.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selection)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings

Free Trial

• New users may be eligible for a free trial period
• If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
• You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge

Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by Apple and Google's respective policies:

To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective platforms. Adrix Corporation does not process refunds directly.

Scopi requires certain device permissions to function properly:

• Camera - Required for capturing photos
• Storage/Photos - Required for saving and accessing your photos
• Location (Optional) - Used only to embed GPS coordinates in photo EXIF metadata on-device

All permissions are used solely for the App's functionality. We do not transmit or collect any data from these permissions.

As-Is Basis

SCOPI IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
• Your photos will be saved successfully in all circumstances

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADRIX CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve (12) months, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is less.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as app stores, social media, or support forums) that are not owned or controlled by Adrix Corporation. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Scopi immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active subscription, uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store or Play Store.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State, USA, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. We may also provide notice within the App.

Your continued use of Scopi after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
